Terms of Service

By engaging AIQUILAX services, operated by Mohamad Awad Hassan Ali, you agree to these Terms. All services are provided on a professional freelance basis.

Our studio provides AI/ML development, data science, NLP, website design, business setup consulting, digital marketing, information management, virtual admin, and training services.

All projects begin with a discovery call and a written Project Scope Agreement defining deliverables, timeline, fixed price, and revision rounds. Work begins only after the PSA is agreed and deposit received.

• 50% deposit due before work commences • 50% final payment on delivery and client approval • Formal invoice issued for every payment • All prices in USD unless otherwise agreed • Overdue payments (14+ days) may result in project suspension

• 48-hour window: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours, before work begins • After work begins: Deposit is non-refundable; client invoiced for completed work • Disputes: Revisions provided within agreed rounds if deliverable doesn't meet specifications

• Client owns all custom deliverables upon full payment • We retain portfolio rights unless confidentiality is requested in writing • Client is responsible for rights to any provided materials • Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain our property

Both parties agree to treat all confidential business information as strictly confidential and not disclose to third parties. This obligation survives project completion.

Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kostanay, Kazakhstan.
